Booking Control Options

  • School and club partners can reserve first, send the customer a payment link, and use up to a 7-day hold window
  • For starts inside 21 days, call us and we will schedule directly with you

How It Works

  1. Partner refers student/member using affiliate ID and booking channel preference.
  2. Your team can reserve the seat first and send the customer a secure payment link instead of fronting customer payments.
  3. Automated reminders handle due dates, and unpaid holds can expire automatically if payment is not completed on time.
  4. We deliver training and assessments on the water.
  5. Partner school receives completion package by same-day email and mailed physical packet, then enters ASA records.
  6. Referral payout is processed after completion on the 1st or 15th.
